Describe the ride before choosing a part.
A clunk over a bump, a loose steering feel and a vibration at a certain speed are different complaints. Tell our team where you notice the symptom and whether it began after an impact, tire change or other work. Avoid assuming that shocks alone explain every ride or handling concern.

Planning a lift kit or truck suspension change
- Bring the vehicle configuration and current wheel and tire sizes.
- Describe any existing suspension modifications.
- Explain how you use the truck and the result you want.
- Ask about compatibility and any related work before purchasing a kit.
A planned appearance or ride-height change is different from repairing worn components. Discuss those needs separately so the proposal is clear. Arrange an inspection for a handling change.
Make a note of when the concern appears, but do not deliberately repeat an unsafe maneuver to demonstrate it. If steering control is reduced or the vehicle feels unstable, stop safely and arrange assistance. When you call, explain whether the vehicle is driveable and whether you are requesting a repair or discussing a modification.

Do I need new shocks if my vehicle pulls or vibrates?
Not necessarily. Pulling and vibration can have different causes, so describe when the symptom occurs before selecting parts. Tell the team whether it happens during braking, at a particular speed or over bumps.
