“I brought my Yukon here, after having a bad experience at Jim's Transmissions in New Caney. Jim 'supposedly' rebuilt my transmission. But after three separate visits there it still wasn't fixed! I got fed up and took it to Rudy's, where they were very sympathetic to my situation. He had the transmission dropped & opened up that very day. Turns out Jim had installed a 'frankensteined' tranny with a torque converter & oil pump from a trail blazer, worn gears, and traces of silicone sealing the insides! I was shocked to say the least! So Rick ended up giving me a really good deal to fix the horror of a job that Jim had done. I ended up getting screwed out of $1500 from Jim's Transmissions, and learned a lesson.
